Malcolm Bambling is the University of Michigan Central Power Plant Manager. This critical infrastructure facility provides energy for the University of Michigan Ann Arbor Campus and the University of Michigan Hospital (1,824,577 sq/m, over 600 buildings).
Malcolm joined the University of Michigan in 2017 and prior to that, he worked as an Operations Manager for E.ON UK. He has over 30 years of experience in operating, maintaining and managing facilities in the energy production sector in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. Malcolm is a strong proponent of applying High-Reliability Organizational concepts in the energy sector. He continually works to ensure an excellent level of customer experience during the energy transition.
Malcolm holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Open University, London.
